Privacy Policy

How this website handles information. Last updated August 2026.

Overview

This policy describes what information AI SOLUTIONS collects through this website, why it is collected, and how it is handled. It covers the website only. Where we carry out project work for a client, the handling of that client's data is governed by the agreement for that engagement.

This page is written in plain terms and is not a legal opinion. It should be reviewed by a qualified adviser before being relied on for compliance purposes.

Information we collect

Contact form submissions

When you submit the enquiry form, we record the information you provide:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Company name, if you enter one
  • Phone number, if you enter one
  • Project type and estimated scope, if selected
  • The message text you write

This information is used to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of the correspondence. It is not sold, rented, or used for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the basis of an enquiry.

Anti-abuse metadata

Alongside a submission we store a one-way hash of the sending IP address and the time of submission. The hash allows us to detect automated abuse and apply rate limits without retaining the address itself. We do not use it to identify or profile individuals.

Technical logs

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. As with any website, requests generate technical logs held by the hosting provider, which can include IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp. These logs exist for security, abuse prevention and diagnostics, and are subject to Cloudflare's own retention practices.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies for tracking, advertising or profiling, and no third-party analytics or advertising scripts are loaded. If aggregate traffic measurement is introduced later, it will be a cookie-less service and this page will be updated before it is enabled.

No cross-site tracking pixels, social media trackers or advertising networks are used on this site.

Third-party services

  • Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, TLS and platform security. Traffic to this site passes through Cloudflare's network.
  • Stripe — payment processing is prepared in the platform but is not currently enabled, and no payment data is collected through this website today. If online payment is enabled, card details will be entered on Stripe's own hosted checkout and will not pass through or be stored on our systems. This page will be updated at that point.

Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. We limit what we send them to what the service requires.

Data retention

Enquiry records are kept while the enquiry is being handled and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Submissions with no follow-up are removed periodically. We do not retain personal data that no longer serves a purpose, and we do not create profiles from enquiry history.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated on the server, and stored data is held in managed infrastructure with access restricted to those who need it. Secrets and credentials are stored as environment-scoped secrets on the hosting platform, never in page code or in the source repository. No system is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Requests and enquiries

You can ask what enquiry information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request through the contact form using the same email address you used originally, so we can match the record. We will act on the request within a reasonable period.

Changes to this policy

This policy will be updated when the website's data handling changes — for example if analytics or online payment is enabled. The revision date at the top of the page indicates the most recent update.
