Pricing

Engagement models, priced on scope

We do not publish fixed package prices, because the same request can mean a two-week integration or a six-month system. Below is how engagements are structured; the figure comes after the scope is clear.

Consultation / Custom Project

Priced on project scope

For work that starts with a question rather than a specification: a process that needs review, a feasibility assessment, or a system that needs to be designed before it can be estimated.

Suitable for

  • First engagement with a defined problem but no fixed solution
  • Technical assessment of an existing process or system
  • Architecture and approach for a larger build

Typically includes

  • Process and data review
  • Technical approach and architecture outline
  • Scope, sequence and estimate for implementation

Integration Project

Priced per defined scope

For integration and automation work where the systems, data and expected behaviour can be described in advance and delivery can be scoped to a fixed set of outcomes.

Suitable for

  • Connecting two or more existing systems
  • Automating a documented workflow
  • Adding a defined AI-assisted step to an existing process

Typically includes

  • Integration design and field ownership
  • Implementation with retries and error handling
  • Monitoring, documentation and handover

Ongoing Development

Priced per month or per sprint

For systems that keep changing after launch, where a predictable amount of engineering capacity is more useful than a series of separate projects.

Suitable for

  • A live system with a continuing roadmap
  • Teams without in-house engineering capacity
  • Products that need maintenance alongside new work

Typically includes

  • Agreed capacity per period
  • Prioritised delivery with regular review
  • Maintenance, monitoring and dependency updates

How quoting works

No surprises in the invoice

Estimates are written against a scope document. If the scope changes, the estimate is revised before the work continues.

  • 01

Every quote is based on a defined scope. If the scope is unclear, the first step is usually a short assessment rather than a large estimate.

  • 02

Third-party costs — cloud hosting, AI API usage, SaaS subscriptions — are identified separately and billed to you at cost by the provider.

  • 03

Work is quoted in writing before it starts, including what is out of scope.

Online payment

Card payment for fixed-scope items is prepared in the platform but not enabled, because there are no fixed-price products to sell yet. When a defined package exists, checkout can be switched on without redesigning the site. Until then, project work is invoiced directly.

Request a quote

Send the scope you have in mind — even a rough description. We will come back with questions, an approach and a written estimate.
